Do we need to buy the SAMESG platform separately?
No. The managed service includes the platform, operated by TechNeura on your behalf. You receive the dashboard and reporting outputs. A separate licence-led arrangement can also be scoped if you prefer to run it with your own team.
What if our records are incomplete or on paper?
That is a normal starting point. Scoping establishes what exists, what needs reconstruction and what can be estimated with a documented methodology. Gaps are disclosed and justified rather than quietly filled in.
Can we move up a pack mid-engagement?
Yes. Each pack is a superset of the one below it, so an upgrade adds to the inventory already built instead of restarting the work.
